RESERVATIONS, CHANGES, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • RESERVATION POLICIES:

  • REFUNDS

All refunds, due to the reduction of the number of participants, the total cancellation of the reservation, bad weather or for any other reason, are reimbursed at 100%, for 10 working days, according to the context explained in the following paragraph.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICIES
  • In case of bad weather, the excursion will be rescheduled.

 

  • In case the rescheduled day can not be made  of bad weathertoo, the refund will be made 100%.

 

     With regard to PRIVATE excursions ():

 

  • If the client cancel the tour 48 hours before the day it was made, the refund will be made 100%.

 

  • If the client cancel the tour after 48 hours before the day it is made, the refund will be made at 70% of the amount paid, since 30% will correspond to the expenses related to the logistics of the same.

 

INFORMATION FOR EXCURSIONS ⁄ TRANSPORTATION SERVICES.

  • Do I have to be ahead of time for my program or service?

Yes. We are firmly convinced of its importance and appreciate the kindness to your check-out in the event that it has requested the service of transportation from the hotel to airport, at least 20 minutes prior to your reserved time. The difference between these 3 excursions is the amount of time that may remain in Isla Saona. Regular and VIP (3) hour and semi-private (5) hours.
